1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and aec678 (hereinafter "aec678", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the aec678 online casino and sports betting platform available at https://aec678.app (the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

aec678 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of any clause, the English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. No translation into any other language shall override or supersede the English text.

2. Age Restriction and Eligibility

The aec678 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or claim any promotional offer. By registering, you confirm under declaration that you are at least 18 years old. aec678 employs age-verification checks as part of its standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately with all balances forfeited.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility criteria must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are physically present in Bangladesh at the time of registering and using the Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of aec678 or any of its technology or game-studio partners.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person, syndicate, or corporate entity.

aec678 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the aec678 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, mobile number, email address, payment method, or device — are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. aec678 is not liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal request, aec678 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. Accepted documents for KYC on the aec678 Platform include the Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a current Bangladeshi driving licence. In addition, aec678 may request proof of address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document) and proof of payment method ownership. KYC documents must be submitted via the secure document upload portal within your account settings. aec678 will review and respond to KYC submissions within two business days. During the review period, withdrawals may be held pending confirmation of identity.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aec678 will never contact you via any channel requesting your password or full OTP code. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the aec678 support team immediately via live chat and change your password without delay. aec678 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of compromised credentials where the compromise was attributable to the Player's own negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the aec678 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks), Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 across all supported payment methods.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your aec678 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect.
• No deposit fees: aec678 does not charge any fee for deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider (if any) are outside aec678's control.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours may take up to 12 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless prior written approval has been granted by the aec678 compliance team.
• aec678 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000. This may extend the processing window by up to 48 hours.
• Any active bonus funds not yet meeting their applicable wagering requirement will be deducted from the withdrawable balance at the time of withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

aec678 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL fixtures, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited in the form of non-withdrawable bonus funds unless otherwise stated. Real-money winnings generated from wagering bonus funds become withdrawable only once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on bonus funds at aec678 is 25x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 of qualifying wagers before any portion of the bonus balance is converted to real-money funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino titles may contribute between 10% and 50% as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are offered to one account per household, per IP address, and per mobile device. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in account closure.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the aec678 Platform across all product categories. Category-specific rules (for example, cricket in-play betting rules, Baccarat table limits, or Aviator crash-game mechanics) are published within the individual game or sports section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.1 Sports and Cricket Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change at any time before confirmation.
• aec678 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the Platform's live-feed data confirms the bet was accepted in error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or forfeited, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published on the Platform. For BPL and T20 matches, a minimum of 10 overs must be completed for a match to be considered valid for betting settlement purposes.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by aec678 without prior notice, particularly for major events such as BPL finals and ICC World Cup matches.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino

• In the event of a game disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled based on the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection. aec678 accepts no liability for disconnections caused by the Player's internet connection or device.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of wagering based on advance knowledge of a predetermined outcome.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to process funds of illicit origin.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming promotional bonuses more than once ("bonus abuse" or "gnoming").

7. Responsible Gaming

aec678 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all areas of its Platform. Gambling is an entertainment activity and must always be approached as such. It is never an appropriate strategy for generating income, covering debts, or recovering previous losses.

Every registered player at aec678 has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at all times within the account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session limits: Define the maximum duration of a single gaming session. aec678 will automatically log you out when the limit is reached.
• Cool-off period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, the account is suspended, no deposits can be made, and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

aec678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, and to withhold or void any balance, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Collusion, use of automated tools, or any other form of cheating.
• Confirmed breach of the 18+ age restriction.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Evidence that the account is being operated by a person currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or a related platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aec678 is entitled to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no fraudulent or prohibited activity occurred, the verified real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the aec678 support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Any uncompleted bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All disputes arising from account suspension or closure must be submitted in writing (via email to [email protected]) within 30 days of the relevant event. aec678 will investigate and respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days. The aec678 decision, communicated in writing, shall be final in respect of all operational matters governed by these Terms.
